You can call me either, yesterday 10/11 I called multiple time to Service Center and resulted to loosing money. Please check call history: i) I received call from your Service Center by 12:50 pm talked 22 minutes about explaining all the issues, so talked till 1:12pm ii) I called 1:42pm and spoke 2 minutes for NOT to change Spark Plug and not to do Wheel Alignment, Service Reprehensive pulled my data from commuter and assured these two items are removed from order and they will NOT be done. Please check call records at your end.
