Service Experience - Consistent I have been a client of the service department for many years. Specifically, I have worked mostly with Mark Walters and have never had a bad experien I have been a client of the service department for many years. Specifically, I have worked mostly with Mark Walters and have never had a bad experience. While my comfort level is with Mark, there are times that he isn’t available and the other service staff members give me the same level of confidence....that is why I am recognizing the entire service team. Mechanics should also be recognized. The service has been consistent over the years and it is the primary reason for not searching elsewhere. More

Good job mark Dooling did the best he could My car needed front and back breaks and there was a problem with acceleration l. Mark has the breaks fixed and the car needed a program update It w My car needed front and back breaks and there was a problem with acceleration l. Mark has the breaks fixed and the car needed a program update It wasn’t covered by Nissan but mark made a couple of extra calls to see if he could get it covered I appreciate the extra work he did Also they gave me a good warning that I would need tires and breaks at my previous service call but let me know that I could wait a little bit More

I take my car to Conicelli for all repairs. Jermaine has been my main service person. He has gone out of his way to assure that my problem has been taken care of. My service advisor, Mark Walter, is fantast I purchased my Rogue from Conicelli Nissan in 2013 and have taken it back to them for service ever since. My service advisor, Mark Walter, is fantastic! He gives me honest feedback regarding the need for immediate service vs. something to put on a watch list. I've built a relationship with this service center based on this trust and the confidence that my maintenance and/or repair will be completed timely and accurately the first time. My car has even been known to come back cleaner than when I dropped it off for service! More

My Serivce Center I had written beofre and they continue to do an excellent job. I came in this time for an oil change and a 55,000 mile check up without an appointment I had written beofre and they continue to do an excellent job.
