Conicelli Nissan - Service Center

Due to the cold weather, my emergency brake cables were frozen. This happened Feb.9th 2013. When Keystone AAA arrived they asked where should my vehicle be towed. Without any hesitation I told them. You see, I remember the professional and caring manner from Sam Screnci. In 2011 I had my front brake pads replaced on my 1999 Nissan Maxima. There was never any price gouging or claims of unnecessary repairs. The work was completed and I was very satisfied. Therefore, I knew exactly where my car was going! Later, Sam explained what was needed. Eventhough he is an expert automotve technician, he has a way making a non automotive person understand quite well. He told me what it would cost me before the work was started. Even if I had another make/model vehicle, I would see if I could get it repaired with Sams' team! More

Had a great experience with the Parts department at Conicelle Nissian. I needed a replacement moonroof on a one week old Rouge (Manufacture defect) Harry kept on top of the order, keep me in formed a Conicelle Nissian. After going through many service centers the one thing that would always kill me is the wait. I would set an appointment for an oil change for 2pm, yet at 2:45 my car would still be sitting where I left i that would always kill me is the wait. I would set an appointment for an oil change for 2pm, yet at 2:45 my car would still be sitting where I left it yet to be serviced. After reading reviews for Conicelli, I set up an appointment for 2pm for an oil change and headed over a little earlier. When arriving at 1:35 I was met with Jon at the service desk who was very nice and friendly. He informed me my car would be taken care of and he would come get me when it was done. I went into the waiting area where there was the standard complementary coffee and the snack machines. It was also fairly busy this day as the waiting area was packed! I would remember back to the other service centers and knew I would be waiting here until atleast 3pm. Yet I was amazed to see Jon come out at 2:10 and tell me my car was all ready. Job done right, dash board warning for oil change reset everything done! Price was reasonible as well for a dealership. I would come back here and recommend this place to all of my friends. They really went beyond my expectation! More
