I purchased my 2nd Toyota from this dealership about 2 months ago and had a great experience! The car mentioned above was in an accident which totaled the vehicle. That being said, once the other car was paid off, I went into Conicelli for another Sienna. I was warmly greeted upon entry when I asked for my Sales Consultant Jon Campo. Jon came out with a smile and the rest is history. I was looking for the best deal possible and that led us to the 13s. They did not have much inventory so we went on the web and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us. The car was sent in from another Toyota dealer and I picked up the car 2 days later. Jon made it simple!!!!!!!!! On another note, due to the rebates etc., I even came home with a lower monthly payment than I had on a car that I purchased 2 months previous. Please ask for Jon Campo if you want a nice guy as well as someone who is dedicated to getting you the car you deserve! Lastly, one of my least favorite parts of the purchase is the paperwork. But everyone I encountered there was very friendly and did not push me to make any hasty decisions. Frank asked the right questions to help me narrow down what I wanted and explained the payment options that I could choose. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and have Frank to thank for that. The only reason I gave the price a 4/5 was because as a repeat Conicelli customer, I was hoping to get a small discount on the posted price of the used car I bought, but I was not offered anything when I asked. Nobody ever wants to pay the sticker price! However, overall I walked away happy with a reasonable payment plan and low interest rate.
