I met a sales representative as my husband dropped me off at the main entrance to their show room. Frank Copelin was every bit patient and understanding, no rushing or high pressure. He listened to what I wanted in a car, showed me some of their models, and we went for a test drive. The Camry ran like a dream. I would rate Frank as a master sales representative who knows how to make his customers happy and takes great joy in doing so. I wanted the 2013 model so Frank researched the available 2013 Camry's in the area and had one driven to their dealership for me. The match was perfect and it has many features within the car that I didn't think I could ever have afforded. They made that happen! Not only was I able to take advantage of the various end-of-the-year deals, but the Conicelli Protection Plan and Two Year Free Maintenance Plan, including free State Inspections, is an extra saving and service that one just cannot turn away from. Their new service center will be completed within the month with every aspect of customer service in mind. Although it may sound corny, they made me feel like a member of the Conicelli family. We were treated and referred to as "Guests" with every courtesy extended by all. It was a wonderful, hassle-free experience. We just happened to go there by chance. I hope that everyone looking for a new car goes to Conicelli because of this review and the many other positive reviews and comments. You will be thanking your lucky stars that you did. More

Went to Conicelli looking to purchase a 2013 Toyota Avalon. Jon Campo took care of the rest. From what I told him what I wanted to the actual purchase, Jon did everything to please me. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable right up to me leaving with my new car. He was very patient in answering all my questions about the vehicle in my test drive.When it came time to make a deal he stepped up and gave me a good deal. I never had such a nice experience in purchasing a vehicle. In the final step, he couldn't do enough . He made sure everything was done to my liking before I left happily with my new Avalon. I was in desperate need of a good quality inexpensive vehicle. In early August 2013, we were contacted by Toyota about turning in a leased 2011 RAV4 and decided to make an appointment on 08/17/2013 to test drive a 2013 RAV4 as a possible replacement. Since we had purchased two previous vehicles through Conicelli Toyota, we had hoped to be treated somewhat better than a walk-in, but it was not to be. When we arrived at the dealership, the car and the salesperson (Dave Terpolli, Jr.) were not ready and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to test drive the car. Once we finally got into the car and on the road, Dave did not seem to know much about the features of the RAV4 or the changes that had been made since the previous version. Even after this, we decided to stick with it and get our pricing. At this point in the process, we get to meet Chris Williams. We were happy with our interaction with Chris and he may be the ONLY reason that we decided to complete our purchase with Conicelli. Once we had wrapped up with Chris, we just needed to schedule a delivery time. This was scheduled for a Wednesday and we showed up at the appointed time. Luke Beyer (finance manager) was not ready for us, so Dave just gave me the keys to the new car and said I could go outside to look at it if I wanted. We went outside and Dave didn’t even bother to come out to walk us through the car or its features. Once Luke was free, we headed inside to sign papers. We found Luke to be unfriendly and condescending at times. When we asked questions during the process, his responses / attitude made us feel stupid for asking the questions in the first place, nevertheless we continued on. Once the paperwork was finished, we were nearing the finish line. At this point I was sure Dave was going to walk us out of the dealership and give us an introduction / overview of our new vehicle, maybe at least show us how to simply pair our phones with the car, but sadly it didn’t happen. Forward ahead two weeks after delivery to the week of 09/02/2013…we received a call from Theresa following up on our experience. She mentioned something about a survey from Toyota and asked about our buying experience. Well, I went through all of the above with her, which I know she wasn’t expecting. All she could do was apologize and told me that I would get a call from her manager Paul Leahy. To this day, more than two weeks after I spoke to Theresa, we have not heard back nor have we received a survey from Toyota. My guess is that this dealership is pre-screening customer experiences so that only the best make it through to Toyota. Whatever the situation, I am confident that with all of the other choices we have, this dealership will not be getting any of our future business. More
