But everyone I encountered there was very friendly and did not push me to make any hasty decisions. Frank asked the right questions to help me narrow down what I wanted and explained the payment options that I could choose. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and have Frank to thank for that. The only reason I gave the price a 4/5 was because as a repeat Conicelli customer, I was hoping to get a small discount on the posted price of the used car I bought, but I was not offered anything when I asked. Nobody ever wants to pay the sticker price! However, overall I walked away happy with a reasonable payment plan and low interest rate. He listened to what I wanted in a car, showed me some of their models, and we went for a test drive. The Camry ran like a dream. I would rate Frank as a master sales representative who knows how to make his customers happy and takes great joy in doing so. I wanted the 2013 model so Frank researched the available 2013 Camry's in the area and had one driven to their dealership for me. The match was perfect and it has many features within the car that I didn't think I could ever have afforded. They made that happen! Not only was I able to take advantage of the various end-of-the-year deals, but the Conicelli Protection Plan and Two Year Free Maintenance Plan, including free State Inspections, is an extra saving and service that one just cannot turn away from. Their new service center will be completed within the month with every aspect of customer service in mind. Although it may sound corny, they made me feel like a member of the Conicelli family. We were treated and referred to as "Guests" with every courtesy extended by all. It was a wonderful, hassle-free experience. We just happened to go there by chance.
