GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Rich Greco is a gon artist. He claims he wants to help you and will do everything to help you but he is full of crap! Their 30 Day/2000 mile warranty is a joke! I had to put $1000 into my car a week after buying it and they only paid for $250 of it. I'll never buy a car from them again and I will never recommend it to anyone!!! More
I have had 2 cars from Conicelli. But, including my family members we have purchased 4 cars. I have never had my car serviced by anyone but Conicelli. If Mark tells me I need something, I know it's needed, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and as a woman, that is important to me. I can address anything with Mr. Elmore and that communication is vital when you are having service performed. More
Went in for State Inspection. Was advised that I was ready for 90,000 mile service. This is the 2nd Corolla I have purchased from this dealership. I have used the Service Department for all the work I ready for 90,000 mile service. This is the 2nd Corolla I have purchased from this dealership. I have used the Service Department for all the work I have done on these cars for over 20 years. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with me concerning the continued use of my cars. I plan on purchasing a 3rd car from this dealership in the next few years. My father who owned a Ford Dealership along with my grandfather over 50 years (who would never buy a "foreign" car) was very impressed with the quality of the product and the service I have been given. He was a hard man to impress. Conicelli Toyota has never let me down. More
I was having a problem with my 2007 Tundra. So I decided to get it looked at on my way home from work since I was leaving for vacation and taking my truck with us in two days. As I parked in the lot and wa to get it looked at on my way home from work since I was leaving for vacation and taking my truck with us in two days. As I parked in the lot and was walking to the service center, Chris saw me in the parking lot, not only did he rememeber my name but he said hello and asked what was wrong, he then looked at my vehicle and had a tech on it asap since it just turned out to be a "quick fix". I have had my vehicle to this particular service center many times for routine maintence (ie oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled check-ups) and one re-call on the tundra. All of my experiences in this service center have been great, you greet with a smile, are up front with whats going to be needed, and above all keep to your schedule of when parts will be in and when the job will be completed. I have never had a dealership keep to those standards everything always seems to run over or be late at those other dealerships. More

I love the service I receive from Conicelli and from Bob Calhoun in the Toyota Service Department. They are honest, on time, and they always educate me on ways to keep my Toyota running like new. I am so grateul for the guys who service my Lexus at Conicelli. Since purchasing my car almost three years ago, I have been blessed to bring my car in for service before I had any major problems. Bob Calhoun is always courteous and considerate and always explains what's going on with my car and makes sure I get a rental if a part is needed and/or not available or if it will take additional time to repair. I have only had one concern and that is I never received my owner's manual and it has been somewhat frustrating at times trying to figure out some things about the car. I applied for it through Conicelli and Lexus dealership and three years later I still don't have one. I just gave it. God Bless Conicelli and May You Have Many More Years of Success. More

When I go to the dealership I only deal with Ray - Sales Manager, he knows what I like and don't like. I have driven a Toyota for 30+ years. My first sales person is now the GM at Conicelli (Michael Hammond). This relationship has been forged over many years of trust. We my husband and I, know the service department. We only take our cars to the dealer for service Service department is great to deal with. We like being assigned to one person! (Bob - Orange Team "the best") Bob knows us - he knows our cars and understand our needs. Bob is friendly and helpful. He explains all the issues with the car and makes recommendation to what services should be done. Thurman (Michael) - knows our cars - he has repaired our cars over the years, we will not use any other mechanic. For example - we were doing our normal service oil change, tire etc.. and Michael noted that I was going to need tires before the winter set in, he didn't think they would be good if it snowed. So at the time of service I had him put a new tires on the car. That showed me that not only was he doing his job but he was also concern for my safety later in the season. Thats what a good, no great mechanic should do - Keep the customer informed about the condition of the car. Thank you More

Their service has kept my cars running in tip top shape, the service is performed within the time frame stated before the car is dropped off and the service is performed at reasonable cost. My last service required a few hours so a loaner was made available at no cost. I can schedule appointments at my convenience. I am made to feel very welcome by highly knowledgeable ( and competent) people More
