I will never buy another Toyota from Conicelli or any other Toyota dealer for that matter just because of the simple fact that this establishment is still in business. I purchased my first Toyota there a other Toyota dealer for that matter just because of the simple fact that this establishment is still in business. I purchased my first Toyota there at a time where I was forced to purchase a new car. I bought the most reliable economical car within my price range. My sales person back then was totally condescending and I guess since I'm a young female, he basically took advantage of the fact that I needed a car and I was willing to be taken advantage of since I was in desperation. I decided to give Conicelli another try since I thought it was just that particular sales person. I was ready to trade up and buy a larger automobile so I went there looking for help and a fair deal. After driving a decent SUV and looking on the lot with the sales person who only had interest in showing me 2 cars (I wanted to see all my options which I repeated about 5 times) I sat down with him to talk numbers. He went and spoke to his "manager" who offered me $2500 less than what my trade-in was worth and wasn't willing to negotiate the sticker price. Myself, looking bewildered at the numbers he was pulling out considering I did all my due diligence on the matter, still apparently sat there looking like a young woman who could be taken advantage of like the first go-round at the dealership. I'm sorry that I'm a 30 year old woman who looks 21 (I definitely don't have any issues with that) but apparently the sales people at Conicelli are all the same. I wound up laughing at the sales person after a couple of back and forths about trade-in values and the price of the vehicle and left. The day prior I had gone to several other dealerships who offered me the fair price for my trade-in and were interested in helping me find the right car for my needs. I will never go back to Conicelli and will never refer anyone there since I felt as if I was treated unfairly and like a child. Anyone who reads this - DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CONICELLI. Nobody should make a person feel the way I felt at that dealership and I actually wound up purchasing a nicer Volvo anyway. More
Dealer gave me a price on an SUV, when I agreed to it, his manager came over and told me that price was too low and they wouldn't make any money off it. They then raised the price by $1000. He then offered me a "deal" on another SUV, saying he would cut $3000 off the sticker price just becuase he felt bad about what had happened. When I got home to research that SUV, the "deal" price was the quoted price on the website. I will never go back there, they are slimey. Be caseful. More
I would recommend this dealership out of all in the area. The salesman that I delt with was very knowledgeable about the product. He took me on a test drive and explained the whole car as we were driving. The salesman that I delt with was very knowledgeable about the product. We arrived on time and the receptionist told us the sales person is at another location and won't be able to come over. (No one attempted to contact us to reschedule or anything). She then asked us to wait and 20 minutes later, still no help. We asked to talk to the manager, who just said he knows nothing about this and don't really care. Completely unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all cost. More
I bought my daughter a Scion Tc from Conicelli. The experience was easy and hassle free. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and assisted us in making the accessory choices that best suited my experience was easy and hassle free. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and assisted us in making the accessory choices that best suited my daughter's wants and my budget. They even talked her out of a dual exhaust ( which would have made them more money). Their philospophy of building a relationship with the customer is genuine. I will be going back there again for my new car! It is a " Nice Place to do Business" More
Customer service was horrible. They were very busy so I waited. I told the receptionist I needed a sales and she kindly told me that when one's available she will direct him/her to me. So I stand there. waited. I told the receptionist I needed a sales and she kindly told me that when one's available she will direct him/her to me. So I stand there. 3 or 4 other customers come after me and told her the same, so we all waited. However, when a sales did become available she just pointed the guy to all of us and say we needed a sales. So the sales didn't even ask which one of us was first but just randomly picked one (probably not random, he picked the most well-dressed one, no surprise there.) So naturally we were all upset, so I told the receptionist that I was first. She kind of just look at me and shrug her shoulders as if saying "what do I care?" So I walked out. Yet as I walked out I saw the car I wanted right before me. So I got in to play around with it abit and a sales came to me out of nowhere and ask if I have any questions. Very nice, very friendly so I stayed and took the car for a spin. We returned, I was ready to deal and expect to play the "haggle game", but the sales look at me with the pushy, arrogant face (friendliness gone) and said this car's so hot that I have to pay sticker price. So I shake his hand and left. More
