PLEASE ask for another salesperson QUICKLY!!!! I can't say much about the dealership because the ONLY person I dealt with was David Terpoili who lied from the very beginning. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 nightmare and I could only text back and forth with him. He contacted me on his day off (Tuesday) and couldn't do anything until the next day because of their work schedule. Long story short, he told me that he got the approval on Wednesday. Thursday... he said "the bank needs to send the final approval over to him". Friday...he said the same thing, the banks are slow because of COVID-19. I asked him who his Finance Manager is, he said it was "him" RED FLAG!!! Do you think I'm stupid??? On Saturday, I ended up going somewhere else,. I started the process 11 AM Saturday morning and was picking up my car by 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. THIS MAN LIED ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS!!! I wish that I read his reviews prior to dealing with him, I would've saved myself a few days. What a waste of time!!!! It's even worse because you don't feel safe texting back and forth and because of COVID-19 the entire car buying experience is not as personal as it was. Then to be lied to like you're nobody is the absolute worse. Doesn't he realize he represents the entire dealership during this time? What a complete A**HOLE!!!!! It took months to get a tonneau cover (which I was promised on date of sale), They lied to me about loosing my center cap on my wheel, saying that’s how I brought it in. Toyota makes great cars and trucks but stay away from Conicelli. More
On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. Tim Santo was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment he showed me how to get the seat out and and in, and checked to make sure that it wasn't damaged in any way which was wonderful to know I really appreciated his help an assistance took the worry off my mind with using the seat and also being a sure that it wasn't broken. More
New 4Runner Paul was great. He was able to walk us through the features and options for the various trim levels and demonstrate how each worked on the vehicle. Pa Paul was great. The sales manager Dave was also great to speak with and kept our deal moving quickly on a Friday night. Daniel in finance was great at laying out the additional options. Overall a great experience. Service with both of us smiling If you leave a car service center feeling better than when you went in, they're doing something right. When you're able to schedule online the night before, get almost as much work done as when in the office while you wait, and they stick to what they quoted but error on the side of adding value, they're doing everything right. This is our second car from Conicelli and, while the sales department is great, too, the service center is was my main reason for being a return customer. These folks get it: customer loyalty is so much more important and valuable in the long run than the quick buck. I recommend Conicelli to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, values their time, and values their hard earned dollars. More

Great experience! Highly recommend I decided to give Conicelli a try after feeling like another dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. Conicelli was a little further from my house, but I discovered well worth the extra journey. I'm on my second lease with them and have been really happy with both transactions. I feel I got an excellent deal on a vehicle that no other dealership could find in a short amount of time. Isaiah really went above and beyond and everyone there provides excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend. More
SOMETIMES, EXTRA INSURANCE COVERS NOTHING. Mr. Hines seemed nice enough, but that helps with making a sale. The armrests were severely damaged as well as other cosmetic issues. After the purchase, we found out that ALL of the cosmetic issues that he REPEATEDLY and CONVINCINGLY talked us into purchasing the insurance for WEREN'T COVERED. We found out that the insurance purchased for various repairs when the car broke down wasn't covered either. Quite a bit of money ended up being paid out of pocket. * We were also promised a second key which we never received. He strung us along forever with whatever excuses as to why it was taking so long to be delivered from the manufacturer.... More
Was lied to. Was interested in Toyota Camry. Was working with sales guy , and was almost pushed into buying a car that was more money more miles. Bought newer car less miles elsewhere Really upset was really excited to purchase from them. And they would of had 2 definite sales my boyfriend is also looking for a newer car. He is now looking elsewhere. More
