We ere given a very low trade in and now the car is for sale for more than we owed and more than double of what they gave us for our trade. The dealer we worked with knew very little about the car we purchased and was able to talk us into a new car anyway. Shame on us and shamw on you. More
Stress-free buying experience I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE from Conicelli Toyota. Although I had done my own research and knew what model I wanted, still, it ha I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE from Conicelli Toyota. Although I had done my own research and knew what model I wanted, still, it had been over 14 years since I’d purchased my last car. Much had changed since then & I had tons of questions and concerns. I wanted to deal directly with the General Sales Manager, Ray – at least during the ordering process. Ray was honest and straight forward, didn’t play games, and explained exactly how he would go about getting me the car I wanted and how long it would take. I felt I got an excellent deal. They didn’t try to squeeze every last penny out of me. Since they are a volume dealer, they don’t have to play pricing games. Once the car arrived, Ray was able to hand me over to one of his sales guys, who would explain all the features of the new car. Unfortunately, on the morning I arrived to pick up the car, the salesman who’d been assigned to me called out sick – so at the spur of the moment, they had to assign a new sales person to me, who turned out to be Brian Moyer. Brian really rose to the occasion! With no advanced notice or time to prepare, he stepped right in and made the whole process as smooth and as stress-free as possible. I had a million questions about the multi-function display and other technical features of the car. He spent a lot of time with me, probably more than most customers require, but he was patient and never made me feel like I was imposing on his time. No doubt I will have more questions as I continue to get used to the car, but I feel confident that Brian will be there for me every step of the way. Hats off to him ! More
It is always difficult going to buy a car as a female on your own. You never know if you're being ripped off or not. Pete P. made me feel that he was being honest and upfront with me. service dept I have been recieving a number of emails from Toyota about it is time to set up my appointment for my complimentary Toyota care service. So I did figu I have been recieving a number of emails from Toyota about it is time to set up my appointment for my complimentary Toyota care service. So I did figuring it was close to the time. I set it up online. But there is no spot to check off for the service. So I wrote in the space marked other. I also added a second note about a vibrating noise from the dashboard. I dropped my truck off the night before and wrote on the envelope the same note as the online appointment. Got a call the truck was ready. They found the cause of vibration and fixed. At that point I assumed that the Toyota Care service was done too. it wasn't. Went to pick up the truck and the service guy was nice and explained all about fixing the vibration noise. I asked about Toyota Care and looked at me like he didn't know what I meant. It seemed that no one read my note correctly and focused only on the second part of note. I don't think anyone realized that I set the appointment online and didn't read that note. My phone number was listed and if they didn't understand what I meant about Toyota Care they could have called and asked me. The guy at the counter offered if I had time to wait he would try to get done what I originally asked for, but I had to go. Also the guy at the counter explained that emails about setting up service appointments come a 3rd party. It say Toyota on them how am I to know that. So not really happy about my service appointment. More
