Fastest, easiest, best automobile purchase ever! Not wanting to haggle back and forth or deal with the high pressure sales I’ve experienced in the past, I decided to go the internet pricing route. I Not wanting to haggle back and forth or deal with the high pressure sales I’ve experienced in the past, I decided to go the internet pricing route. I contacted quite a few dealerships and Conicelli gave me the best price. The one negative is that I called the internet department to set up an appointment to see the vehicle and they scheduled one. Granted it was the same day I called and I was on my way. The problem was when I arrived to meet with the salesman, the car (color and option I wanted) was not at the dealership and had not been received yet. The salesman Dan Donovan apologized and notified the Sales Manager Dennis DiFilippo. Dan then brought over a similar vehicle to go over all the features. Dennis joined us and apologized multiple times and went out of his way to make the situation better. I left a deposit for the car that was due in that week. Dan kept in touch all week and notified me when the car was in and we set up an appointment to test drive/pick up the vehicle. When I walked into the showroom Dennis happened to be there and greeted me, thanked me for coming back, found Dan for me, and offered to help with anything I needed. Dan took me for a test drive and went over everything in the car. I was ready to sign and purchase the car. The paperwork was ready quickly and Dan brought me to Finance Manager Mike Shulski. Mike went over some warranty options but did not pressure me into anything. Mike went over all the paperwork and explained it as we went along. When signed I was on my way but not before Dan once again came out to the car for any final questions, thanks and well wishes. Overall it was a great experience, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Conicelli to my family and friends. More

Best Buying Experience Ever!!!!!!! I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. She gave a price the two other Toyota dealerships near me didn’t even come close to. When I got to the dealership, the numbers stayed the same - no tricks, no games, no bs. Courtney was an internet specialist and John Sabatino sold me the car. He was down to earth, professional, a first class straight shooter. I drive the car and was out the door with my new car in less than two hours. Not once did anyone ever try to play games with the numbers or sell me something I didn’t need. I wanted the Conicelli protection plan because I have bent my rims and lost my keys several times. John told me what it was and recommended it but didn’t push me to buy that or anything else. Conicelli was so different from the other dealerships I went to - everyone at Conicelli was professional, efficient, down to earth and helpful. I drove about an hour to buy my car there because they had the best numbers and all I can say is that it would be foolish to not at the least call Conicelli and see what they can do for you if you are going to buy. They have all these banners up in the showroom for being the number one Toyota dealer by volume in the state for like the last ten years in a row. It seems to me that they make money based on volume not by trying to squeeze as much out of each customer that comes through the door. Give these guys a call - they gave me numbers over the phone.
