I usually wait for the service so it is so nice the have a friendly, comfortable and clean place to spend the wait time........which, by the way, is never more than expected! When completed, Bob speaks WITH me, not down to or at me. I am treated with respect and friendliness. I walk out of the place feeling 'important'.........something so very different from other services that are necessary in our daily lives. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a crew of sales people. After we told the receptionist we had an appointment Jacob Dank came to greet us. Right from the start he was very professional, honest and treated us as if we were family. He made every effort to insure we were leaving the dealership happy. In my opinion he went above and beyond his job. He explained the vehicle's every detail and function. Took his time and care with us. Finally we moved on to paperwork. Michael Shulski took great care of us explaining all the benefits and options that we should consider. We took his advice and are very happy with our purchase.
