The friendly Sales Consultant, Mr. Troy Davis was very patient in letting me test drive several cars before I picked the one I liked most. My preferred color combination was not in stock, but he would not rest until he found one in their dealership network. Exceptional Experience! I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn took good care of my car :-). The facility is well equipped, comfortable, bright, clean and spacious. Mr. Bob Calhoun was exceptional! He came out to reassure me I was on target with my visit and scheduled maintenance. Bob explained what was done at the current visit as well as the plan for my next. He also set me up with my next appointment and explained I should call to move up the appointment if I hit the mileage early, even noting the information so I would not forget. Mr. Calhoun provided me with outstanding customer service and I left feeling confident in the service department. I am deeply appreciative. I am a registered nurse in a cancer center with a large extended family who I help care for. It is rare when I am graced with the care and compassion I try to give to others. The responsiveness of both the service and sales department is enough to keep me as a loyal customer if we continue to build upon positive experiences like this! More
