If you leave a car service center feeling better than when you went in, they're doing something right. When you're able to schedule online the night before, get almost as much work done as when in the office while you wait, and they stick to what they quoted but error on the side of adding value, they're doing everything right. This is our second car from Conicelli and, while the sales department is great, too, the service center is was my main reason for being a return customer. These folks get it: customer loyalty is so much more important and valuable in the long run than the quick buck. I recommend Conicelli to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, values their time, and values their hard earned dollars.
