Service technician Ben Koppel did a fantastic job finding an elusive problem with my car after accompanying me on a road test and Assistant Service Manager Mark Elmore went to great lengths to assure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Conicelli service to anyone.

My experience with Conicelli has always been easy and professional. I refer family and friends to Conicelli for sales and service. I only use Conicelli Toyota to service my vehicle and have been satisfied. Whenever I have a concern they address it and make sure I am satisfied with their services. Also, their prices are reasonable, so I no longer waste time shopping around for parts. They also have a very nice and welcoming waiting area!

"On-line Parts Order"

I've ordered parts for my older Toyota trucks on-line many times from several different dealers. These guys are by far the best. Always patient and knowledgeable if I can with a parts question. Never feel rushed and very professional. My latest order included shock absorbers (heavy items) as well as some small clips for the tailgate. 2 of the clips were damaged in shipping.......no problem, new ones sent with no questions asked. A nice t-shirt included as well. Keep up the great customer service guys as it's rare to find it these days!

"Friendly, efficient, competent service."

Since purchasing a new car from Conicelli Conshohocken in 2015 I have used their service department for all three of my family's Toyotas. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the service department has done excellent work on all of our vehicles. The prices are reasonable and there have never been any unhappy "surprises". The service department lets me know the status of any potential issues they uncover and unlike other dealerships I have used, they are not at all aggressive about selling services that I do not immediately need. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall I've been very happy with Conicelli Conshohocken.

The service department at Conicelli were amazing. My car needed a new water pump and that is a big job. They said it would be a couple days but then I got a call the same day. It was done. Very pleased. They also called to make sure it was running ok. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
