I did not get the typical "sales pitch" and did not feel any pressure to buy a new Corolla. I was impressed with the high number of vehicles that were on the lot. My boyfriend and I went to Conicelli, not looking to leave with a car that night. A friendly salesman, Prince Ebo, greeted us in the parking lot and brought us right over to the car that we would unkno leave with a car that night. Prince was very personable and talked to us like we had been friends for years, unlike some everyday customer. After conversing, Prince let us take a test drive in a beautiful black 2010 Charger. Once back to the dealership, Prince and the rest of the staff and Conicelli sat us down, made us feel comfortable, and the negotiating began. Prince and David sat down with my boyfriend and I and discussed a reasonable price for the car we were looking to buy. Prince went over every aspect of warrenties with us, along with any other questions we had. We felt so comfortable talking to the two of them. We did not feel as though we were being taken advantage of. Both Prince and David helped us through the entire process of financing our new Dodge Charger. We were sold a Prius by Joe U. He was extremely helpful going above and beyond was required of him. He was easy going and honest and did not exert any pressure at all. Once he realized we would not be receiving the college graduate discount (as it is not available with the Prius) he made sure to lower our monthly payments by working with his manager to give us a higher trade in value on our car. Joe had an excellent knowledge of all the cars we looked at and was also able to help us when we discussed cars other than Toyota, by providing comparison ratings for both vehicles. After purchasing the vehicle we were given his cell phone number and told to call any time we needed help or had a question. We never expected that kind of follow up service! If for some reason we needed to buy another car I would make sure we returned to Conicelli's and would specifically ask for Joe to help us again. More
Not only was the deal EASY to do - the customer service was outstanding. Every single person in that dealership was as nice as can be. I knew that I wouldn't see them any longer or at least until my first service date. Joe U was fantastic! I received text updates, phone calls and all of the information I could possibly want. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into anything and it was all up to me what I wanted to do. We didn't have to haggle with price or trade in value - it was given to us in the fairest way possible. There was no 'get up and leave' nonsense - it was what it was. I felt like they were giving us the best they could and why should I argue? Everyone was straight forward, honest and super friendly. It was a fantastic experience and I think everyone should go there to buy their car!!! More
My wife and I were looking for a Sienna. We found a couple that we liked but Conicelli was the cheapest and the easiest to work with. I had my car in for a brake cap recall. After leaving the dealership I discovered that my brake petal was going down to the floor. It was very difficult to stop the vehicle. Joe Reilly was very helpful and my car was corrected quickly. This is my first experience with a problem. In the past I take my car in and the work is completed correctly. I will return for service but I hope this doesn't happen again because it is dangerous and inconvenient. Thank you. More

Great Service, good Communication and Friendly people. I had a problem with my brakes making a loud screaching noise. They told me to bring it in, that same day. The price they quoted to fix the problem w had a problem with my brakes making a loud screaching noise. They told me to bring it in, that same day.
