I've been dealing with a problem with the heater and a/c since December. Brought the car in 4 different times and got 4 different explanations for the problem. First guy in December told me I had one of t since December. Brought the car in 4 different times and got 4 different explanations for the problem. First guy in December told me I had one of the vents closed and that was why no heat was coming out. Second guy in January told me that the cold temperatures we were experiencing were so unusual that the car wasn't used to those temperatures. Third guy in February told me I could only get heat when I was not using the electric mode and that the car wasn't meant to be run 100% electric. Throughout this process, I felt like they thought they could just tell the dumb woman anything. Except this is the third Prius Prime I have owned and have never ever had any such problem with the guy. Lionel was the 4th guy that I dealt with in February when I brought the car back again because there was no A/C. Finally, I was told the compressor was not working and they had to replace it. Works fine thus far. It wasn't so much that they couldn't find a solution but the patronizing way I was spoken to throughout. I was very surprised because all of my prior experiences with Conicelli Toyota were wonderful. Also, when I called the 4th time I asked to speak to the Service Manager, but Lionel came on the phone. I guess the service manager only speaks to people who don't have a problem. More
