I dropped my car off the night before and asked for it back at 4pm. I did receive a call with recommended services. Of the 3, I gave the go ahead for the coolant flush. I never received a call that my car back at 4pm. I did receive a call with recommended services. Of the 3, I gave the go ahead for the coolant flush. I never received a call that my car was done. At 5:36 pm I got a text that the car was done. I left to pick up my car and the service center was closed by 6 when I got there. I did need my car back. I went the next morning to pick up the car before work. I walked in to the service center and 4 service writers were at their desks. No one looked up, greeted me, or asked to help. I asked if it mattered who I went to. I walked to the person at the first desk, she got my paperwork and keys and sent me to the cashier. She said the valet would get my car. I paid and then walked outside next to three valets. I waited for awhile for my car but it did not arrive. I then asked the valet who said I’m waiting for the keys. The valet directed me to go inside and ask the person who helped me where the keys were instead of checking himself. I walked inside and asked the group of people closest to the door. Then I found the key myself sitting on a counter. I took the key outside and the valet said I could get my car myself. I walked to the car and had to remove the paper on the floor and the service number tag. The last time I dropped my car off with an appointment, the work was never done. I called in the afternoon to see when it would be ready and they did not realize the car was there despite the appointment marked as drop off. They were however able to complete the work in the day. I did not complete the survey then but after this second negative experience I felt someone should know. More
