She told me that I could test drive it. I was thrilled. They let me drive it home to try it out. The day that I returned it I realized that I wanted it. Didn't know if I could afford it. Purchased new Ram 2500 I actually found Kranz Family Chrysler by accident. I had gone to Newton to look at a truck at another dealership when I drove by Kranz and saw a vehi I actually found Kranz Family Chrysler by accident. I had gone to Newton to look at a truck at another dealership when I drove by Kranz and saw a vehicle that interested me. I contacted Scott Kranz via email on a Sunday evening. He was the epitome of professionalism. He answered all of my questions, was polite, and patient. I drove to Newton the next day and was introduced to Chris, the salesman assigned to my deal. Chris, like Scott was polite, professional, and a no-pressure kind of guy. To make a long story short we struck a deal. I got a fair price on my trade vehicle, a good price on the truck I wanted, and they found financing that was literally half of what my credit union was offering! This entire transaction took less than 2 hours (including looking at & driving the vehicle). I kept waiting for the "bad news" and it never came. I have purchased many new vehicles in my life but I have never had a more hassle-free buying experience...ever! Bought a used Jeep Wrangler I had seen a nice used Jeep Wrangler on the web site. My wife and I drove to Newton to look at it. We initially worked with Noah in sales. We took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. The negotiations went as planned, and they were willing to negotiate on my trade price. We came to an agreement in a short time. The negotiation process was handled by Patrick and Jesus. They wanted to detail the Jeep so we left and returned the following day. The Jeep was very clean and was ready when we got there. We signed the paperwork with Jesus and then Noah gave us a tour of the facility. We met the parts manager, service manager and the owner. We then came home. The next day Noah called and told us the service department had ordered a replacement blower motor that still needed to be installed. We made an appointment to have the work done. On the day of the appointment Tim met us at the door and took the Jeep right inside to get the work done. I mentioned the zipper on the rear window was not working very well. Patrick then drove us over and dropped us off so we could have breakfast. When we got back the work was done on the blower and they had taken the Jeep to a shop to have the zipper replaced. WOW! I like these guys. It turned out the shop could not fix it that day, so an appointment was made the following week to have it repaired. They gave us a loaner to drive until the zipper could be repaired. This dealership and the employees are great!! More
