No BS I was pleased to meet Al Golabek, who was my sales person. Al told me no when I low balled him on a 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 and he simply said no because I was pleased to meet Al Golabek, who was my sales person. Al told me no when I low balled him on a 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 and he simply said no because the truck was already at a low price. A day or two later I went back and sit down with the sales mgr and Al, and we came to terms in less than 20 minutes. I brought the truck back with a high speed vibration and they worked it in on a Friday afternoon and fixed the issue with a simple tire balancing. SALES AND SERVICE Josh Strawn was the first person and the one who helped me the most! He took the time to show me several vehicles even when I wasn't ready to act. After doing on-line research, at Josh's suggestion, I came back with a better idea of what to look for,. Josh again helped me, shwoing me several vehicles, explaining their features or differences and let me drive one. He even accompanied me back to my home to retrieve an e-mail message with my Authorization Code. Now that's "over the top" service! Josh guided me the rest of the way including getting my GM Card rewards and introduced me to Mike McDonald, General sales Manager. Josh was patient and very helpful including with the paperwork on my leased trade-in. The next day I was introduced to Lanny Baker, who gave me a 3 1/2 hour tutorial on the features and operation of my new vehicle. Again, he was patient, showed me and guided me on how things worked or were to be worked. Without his work, I would not be able to enjoy my new Terrain, even if I could drive it at all! He also offered to answer calls with questions or repeat tutorials if I needed them. I am sure I will be taking him up on that offer. he even loaded the GMC App on my iPhone!
