These people will sell you a car with their bumper sticker letting everyone know you just got screwed from a buy here pay here place cause your credit is swamped. Tim Reilly I was ripped off at this "dealership". Don't waist your time or money. They sell you a lemon with a band aid on it. The car I was sold was suppose I was ripped off at this "dealership". Don't waist your time or money. They sell you a lemon with a band aid on it. The car I was sold was suppose to have a functioning AC. It was written in the contract as it wasn't working properly when we test drove it. I brought it back to the people they recharged it (again) and placed dye in it. I haven't had a working AC since the day I drive off the lot. The only way they will fix it now is if I put more money into this vehicle. Now, come to find out, The contract and the payoff is very different from the copy I just had sent to me. On the website is a review from me that I DIDN'T ACTUALLY WRITE. They buy these crappy cars and sell them with problems.. Beware. More

Top Notch With Every Interaction At the end of February 2018 I began looking for a car. I needed something reliable as I travel over 4 hours away several times a month for medical car At the end of February 2018 I began looking for a car. I needed something reliable as I travel over 4 hours away several times a month for medical care. I started working with Clay Warner and told him my credit situation, what I had to work with, and what I could afford. By the end of the day he was able to find something for me. Despite my credit, they were willing to do in house financing for me. I've held off on a review because I've wanted to see if over time the staff truly cared about it's customers. I have worked with Wes, the finance manager, on several occasions when unexpected medical complications arose, I worked with the service team when my car started to sputter and stall, panicked I was sold a lemon. I called the service team and set an appointment, showed up a day early...because my brain hates me...and rather than turn me away, they worked me in because it was calling for snow the next day. The issue was very simple (and something that they had no way of seeing before selling the car), and it was fixed at no charge. Clay has checked in with me several times since the sale closed. Everyone has been great to work with. I've been to bigger car dealers, and they have egos that match. I may not be the ideal candidate...not a lot of money down, past credit problems, etc. but I am still human and Consumer Auto Warehouse treats you like you matter. More

BAD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE I am a first time buyer. Tried to sell me car with so many problems at a high price. Backed out of deal. The owner or higher up staff didn't even know I am a first time buyer. Tried to sell me car with so many problems at a high price. Backed out of deal. The owner or higher up staff didn't even know the cars condition when I pointed things out to him before considering backing out. Told it was all 'cosmetics' I am very fortunate I decided to take my business elsewhere. Sketchy place, with sketchy cars. Most cars they receive are from up North and with more than 2 owners. Don't go here, go to a larger car dealership. And if you're a first time buyer absolutely stay away because you will walk away with a 'Frankenstein' car. Also, as I backed out of deal considering the cars condition I was treated poorly and with disrespect by my saleswoman, Kiki. More
