BAD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE I am a first time buyer. Tried to sell me car with so many problems at a high price. Backed out of deal. The owner or higher up staff didn't even know I am a first time buyer. Tried to sell me car with so many problems at a high price. Backed out of deal. The owner or higher up staff didn't even know the cars condition when I pointed things out to him before considering backing out. Told it was all 'cosmetics' I am very fortunate I decided to take my business elsewhere. Sketchy place, with sketchy cars. Most cars they receive are from up North and with more than 2 owners. Don't go here, go to a larger car dealership. And if you're a first time buyer absolutely stay away because you will walk away with a 'Frankenstein' car. Also, as I backed out of deal considering the cars condition I was treated poorly and with disrespect by my saleswoman, Kiki. More

Ryan desperate then explained and walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure I understood everything going on. I would highly recommend working with this dealer to others. Love my Kia Sorento I purchased my Sorento almost over a month now at CAW and I love it. Clay was so nice and understanding.
