Technicians were quickly able to resolve the mysterious electrical problem we had and got the car back on the road quickly. Pricing was reasonable for the services offered. My previous visits to the service department were fantastic. Joe was my adviso for those visits and he did great. He delivered the service he promised and you expect at a dealership. Cameron was my advisor and initially he was pleasant enough on check in. But, his follow through was sub par at best beyond the texting through WiAdvisor. Whe I returned to pick up my Grand Cherokee and drop off my RAM for service he checked me in and said "I'll be right back, if you want to have a seat in the waiting room I'll go get your vehicle and paperwork and meet you at the cashier. 20 minutes passed and still no sight of Cameron. I walked back into the service drive and was helped immediately by Joe. A day or two later I received a follow up email, automated I'm sure, and I expressed my concerns. two more days have passed and I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership to follow up about my less than average experience. However, they were sure not to forget to email me marketing on upsell maintenance items in the mean time. So now I sit and wait to see if anyone contacts me after this review before I complete the two surveys I have from Ram & Jeep. I even explained upon check in to Cameron that I'm wellaware how important the surveys are to the dealerhsip and their pay plans. Hopefully someone contats me to hear me out and convince me to return for future service and purchases. Side note, Cameron and Joe are not available to select in the service department for people I worked with. More
Brought my truck in because glass screen wasn’t working. Told tech I have an extended warranty multiple times. Told they have had 11 trucks with same issues since January. Interesting that my clock still had the right time. And all my radio presets are still the same. I would think if they had to reset like they have in the past my presets and clock would have to be reprogrammed. Nice of them to set everything back to the way I had it. I did not think to take a picture of my radio presets. So glad they remembered them for me. Then was told it wasn’t covered under the extended warranty. That buying the warranty from another place doesn’t always cover everything. Interesting because we bought our truck and warranties from Contemporary. Then when husband questioned why they charged for repairs. He was told to save our receipt and if they have a recall on the truck we might get our money back. I am not a happy customer. More
