Awesome Dealership Went to Continental last Thursday with my daughter. She purchased her first car a new corolla. I have bought several Toyota's over the years and no de Went to Continental last Thursday with my daughter. She purchased her first car a new corolla. I have bought several Toyota's over the years and no dealer has ever come close to beating Continental's price and service. We went in several weeks before and got a quote from Joe Miglio. He is always professional and has always treated my family great. We went in to finalize the deal. Al in finance handled the paper work. Had some issues with finalizing the deal and he was able to still close the deal so we could take delivery on the car. He took his time to explain everything so my daughter could understand all the terms of the agreement. Bill Awwad went over the car with my daughter. It was late in the evening and the dealership was closed. He took his time to explain to my daughter all the features. He told he to get familiar with the car in the driveway and be careful not to get distracted while driving. I have dealt with Bill before and he too is always professional. He really went that extra mile to ensure my daughter be safe. He even told her stop in any time if she has any questions about the vehicle. That all said I can't say enough about this dealership. They have never let me down. They still take great care of you after the deal is done. The service department is great too!!! My wife stopped in the other day with a headlight burnt out. The service department was slammed. The manager told her to go to parts and get the light and he would install it. She was back on the road in ten minutes. All I can say is if your looking for a dealership the really values you as a customer. This is the place to go. Thanks again for your outstanding service. More

A very happy customer Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the ser Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the service writer quickly diagnosed the sunscreen motor was failing. To fix it costly and time consuming. Since I have seldom used the sunscreen Mark suggested we simply disable the feature. I agreed. With that he took the car into the shop returned a few minutes later, announced handled, have a nice day, no charge. Now if that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is. But this is what you expect from Continental...looking out for the best interests of the customer and then providing the solution. This is definitely a 5 star operation. More
