Mistakes happen I visited and purchased four new tires on Monday. On Wednesday I found out my tires were installed incorrectly. Without his outstanding customer service I would have been extremely unhappy, but instead I was smiling while I was there. More

Excellent customer service Brought in my car for oil change and a new key fob to replace the one I recently lost. Service advisor Mark called later to give me an update on my brakes recommending that rear ones be replaced but assured my that front ones had more life. Regarding the key fob, he said that a key had to me precision cut & that he could mail it to me when it as ready. It turns out that he had to send a person on an errand to a place that prepares these keys. He had the key made and it was ready for me when I picked up the car later that afternoon. Thanks to Mark for taking the extra step to solidify us as a Toyota family. More
