It arrived at the dealership on October 15th and was not released back to us until December 23rd. After the investigation the insurance company would pay for a used engine to replace the current one. I received a call from the dealership suggesting that we purchase a new engine instead. When I declined I was followed up with a text message. This was October 24th. This was also the last unprompted call I received with any updates. I had to initiate all calls updating me on status of the van. After the engine was installed there were problems with the way it ran and error codes. With each conversation they motioned that it may be that its a used engine that's the problem. They then replaced the transfer case and still had issues. This was about a month later. After That they still had no clue what was wrong so said they had to reach out to Chrysler Directly. All the time we were down a car due to Insurance only offering 30 days and the dealership stating they did not have loaners and did not comp rentals. I later overheard during my pickup a different customer specifically talking about his loaner vehicle they gave him and if it was still no charge which I heard them confirm. It was not until the O2 sensor was replaced on December 22nd that they finally drove it with no errors. When I then asked when it would be ready he gave a vague answer of that they wanted to drive it some more before letting it go. It was for that reason I showed up on the morning of the 23rd. A full 68 days after receiving the van I finally got it back. While the vehicle was repaired and is running great now there are many things this dealership service center needs to work on. The dealership was not communicative with myself or my wife the entire time the vehicle sat with them. It often felt like days went by with no work or progress and in no way did they try to keep us up to date. I also feal that they sat on the vehicle confused on what to do too long before reaching out to Chrysler. It made it seem like we were not a priority and left us fully unsatisfied. More

I recently bought a brand-new Jeep and discovered the frame and undercarriage are rusted. A new vehicle should not come with corrosion problems right off the lot. This is completely unacceptable and make frame and undercarriage are rusted. A new vehicle should not come with corrosion problems right off the lot. This is completely unacceptable and makes me question both Jeep’s quality control and the dealership’s integrity. Buyers beware—inspect carefully before spending your money. In other words, why would you have to look under a new vehicle to see if has rust on the frame and undercarriage. The dealership does not take any responsibility, and they stated that it was our fault because we live 1.1 miles from the beach. Their sister dealership in Pawleys Island, South Strand, has several 2024 Jeep Wranglers that has been on their lot for more than 385 days and are less than 1/2 mile from the beach and have no visible rust on the frame or undercarriage. In the community that I live in there are Jeep Wranglers and other vehicles, 3 to 5 years old that have no visible signs of rust on the frame or undercarriage, and they are also sitting 1.1 miles from the beach. All I ask of this dealership is to replace my new Jeep with 1142 miles with a new Jeep without a rusted frame and undercarriage. More
My purchase at Conway Ram left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment I pulled in the lot, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment. Firstly, I had and frustrated. From the moment I pulled in the lot, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment. Firstly, I had purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was supposed to come with a full detail. However, upon delivery, I was informed by my salesman that it was detailed and he even cleaned the windows for me. It was not detailed as the vehicle still had markings on it from the auction where it was purchased. The certified pre-owned paperwork also indicated that the vehicle was not detailed. This lack of accountability and failure to deliver on a basic promise set a disappointing tone for the entire experience. To make matters worse, the salesman assigned to assist me seemed completely clueless about the vehicle. He struggled to answer basic questions about features, specifications, and even pricing details. It felt like he was more interested in rushing through the process than ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with my purchase. The vehicle was missing the owner’s manual which was checked off on the certified pre-owned paperwork as being present. My salesman gave me manual from a 2019 model and said “Here, this should be the same thing.” It was not as the vehicle I purchased was a 2022 and completely different model. I asked for the correct manual and he said he could provide one, but it would be a few days. Overall, my visit to Conway Ram was marked by incompetence, broken promises, and a general lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options where their time and expectations are more likely to be respected and met. More

Testar lifted truck buyer beware. The work from Tecstar is poorly executed and when problems arise expect to be left struggling looking for resolution. Tecstar is not to be trusted. I am not commenting on this dealership but warning anyone who is considering a lifted Tecstar truck to be certain you are not getting a fully warrantied new track as you would expect when buying new. This is not my first purchase here but this time it was not the truck that sold me, it was the outstanding salesman Braxton that sold me on the truck. What a fantastic guy. He made my entire transaction so not the truck that sold me, it was the outstanding salesman Braxton that sold me on the truck. What a fantastic guy. He made my entire transaction so smooth and easy. I had met him before when shopping. He was so outgoing and honest, I came back to him and I’m glai did. It was a pleasure meeting him. This company needs to recognize his talent and reward him if they don't want another company to scoop him up. I also want to share how fantastic the service department always is. Cory always takes care of me. Do yourself a favor if shopping for a vehicle or service and ask for these two fellows. More

My 2014 Jeep Cherokee totally quit on me after a battery exchange. I thought that was it, it'll be $1000 to $2000 dollar repair because something was cooked, erased or worse. Going to a "dealership for repa exchange. I thought that was it, it'll be $1000 to $2000 dollar repair because something was cooked, erased or worse. Going to a "dealership for repairs" seemed crazy. My mechanic said he'd trust Conway Chrysler Jeep before any others because they were honest. Guess what? A reset and update of the computer and 2 recalls repaired was ONLY $85.00! It cost $100 dollars to get it towed from Little River, and my insurance paid for that! These men and women are the best and can be trusted beyond belief! Three hours from drop off to drive out. Wow. I can't thank them enough! In times like these it's nice to know there's still good people around. More
