Very Poor Dealership I bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership in February of this year. The first time I took it in for service, the service girl called and said I I bought a used Honda CR-V from this dealership in February of this year. The first time I took it in for service, the service girl called and said I needed an alignment. I told her to go ahead and perform the work since the car had a 90-day warranty. She called me back in less than 10 minutes and told me she had the service tech put it back on the machine and it was really okay. I had some problems with noise in the front of the vehicle when I took it back for service. They told me it was due to an ashtray. What was causing the ashtray to cause noise? Now, I have having problems with the air conditioning and I am afraid to take it back because I do not trust them. I am at a loss as to what to do. I really think this dealership sucks! More

Great experience- car and now a truck We bought a Honda CRV in 2014 and really liked it but decided to trade for a 2017 Ridgeline truck. Really liked working with Dillon to buy the truck-NO pressure, felt like he dealt honestly with us, he knew the vehicles, was gracioius and they worked hard to get exactly the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend this dealership and Hondas. We've been Toyota loyalists but the RAV 4 didn't compare to the CRV so we went back to Honda when we wanted a truck and wow is the Ridgeline great. Thanks, Dillon! I would recommend getting an appointment though. They were swamped when we were there and the wait was VERY long. So, call ahead and reserve time. More

We spoke to the Service Director and expressed our displeasure of the expense to fix the issue for a vehicle that was only 3 years old. We explained our situation and our options. We are now walking out the door with a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring. Our buying experience was stress free. We have to say the best buying experience for us yet. Houston was very personable, just easy to work with. We will most definitely come back from Florida to buy a vehicle in the future. More

I called back and the nice receptionist, after asking a couple questions, said she thought maybe a manager called us. She transfered me and the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly rude. He informed me it could have been one of 30 ppl who called after he asked if we were trying to buy a car and I said yes and explained I was only speaking to him because he was who she suggested and transferred me to. He said if I had bothered to know the name of who my husband Contacted, he could direct my call and then I said don't worry, nevermind, he said fine and hung up on me. We will be taking our business to Honda of Murfreesboro for our Honda purchase. More
