My Take on our Purchase. Our salesman was young but very pleasant and attentive. He seemed to be very informed on the products offered and answered all questions asked of hi Our salesman was young but very pleasant and attentive. He seemed to be very informed on the products offered and answered all questions asked of him. Our view of him I would rate very good. Chad Pearson, a member of the management team, was pleasant but we felt that he had too many "irons in the fire" and we did not feel that he worked hard enough or put forth enough effort to help us obtain a GM discount that we felt entitled to because of family members in the auto industry. I will admit that management seemed to be pretty busy and it was getting late in the day, but, with the amount of money that we spent there, I would have liked to have felt just a little more appreciated. I did talk with him on the phone a few days later but felt as if I was getting nowhere so I just gave up. I deal with a great number of people day in and day out and I don't want any of them to be unhappy with my team for any reason and go to great lengths to keep them coming back. I would rate Chad as busy pleasant. More

If you’re buying anywhere else.... you’re wrong I have purchased my share of vehicles and been around the block a few times. I can honestly say with every bit of confidence that I will never look an I have purchased my share of vehicles and been around the block a few times. I can honestly say with every bit of confidence that I will never look any further than Cooper Cheverolet!! The vehicle that I bought was newly listed and when I requested pictures and information, I had both within a few minutes, and in addition a phone call from Alyssa who was courteous, professional and just “ an All American Sweetheart”.... We arrived to buy our vehicle, and was greeted by the friendly staff of the dealership and immediately directed to Alyssa , who, within 5 minutes made me feel as if I had known here for years. She showed me the vehicle which was immaculately detailed and “inspection ready”.... after Alyssa explained the finer points of the vehicle and we took a test ride , returned to the dealership, and completed the paperwork within minutes.... my wife’s keen eye spotted a minor flaw on one of the rims, Alyssa immediately arranged for the detail department to sand the wheel and repaint it or factory standards. Alyssa is the industry standard for customer service, professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and quality assurance.It was an awesome experience.... look no further than Cooper Chevrolet and ask for Alyssa!!! More
