Just in conversation I mentioned why I was there and without me even asking he stepped right up and personally brought me to the service department. He introduced me to all the people I would be working with with this issue and he got me a loaner car. I even got to meet Casey the technician that would be doing the work. WOW!!! What a great bunch of people they have at Dick Beard. I consider them part of my family and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. He then helped me to understand that it was going to be better for me, on a number of fronts, to lease rather than buy. This was all even before I drove the Chevy Colorado, which I immediately fell in love with during my test drive. And after driving the truck I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. Basically, Frank knew his product was the best out there, knew his counsel was solid, knew that he would work hard to us both to a mutually beneficial price, and knew that I'd come back in short order to finalize the sale -- which I totally did.
