I greatly appreciated the dealership's interest in inviting me in to an "in-house" session with a representative from GM who came to the dealership in January to introduce the staff to the Chevy Bolt EV that was expected to arrive at the dealership in early Spring. I had one ordered and David was good enough to contact me to see if I wanted to sit in. That invite meant a lot to me for two reasons. First, its was a clear demonstration of the "care & concern" that the salesperson had in taking the initiative to invite me to a meeting that would be useful to me and if he hadn't made the effort I would never have known the difference. Second...it was an excellent and special opportunity for me to learn about the new technology and operations of the brand new all electric Chevy Bolt. Kuddos to David Easa and David Ferrara! More
