An Excellent Car Leasing Experience After extensive internet search for leasing a 2017 vehicle, much of the process disappointing, I contacted Beard Chevrolet. I received immediate response to my inquiry and was provided with firm, reasonable quotes for the vehicle I asked about. After receiving this information, I called the dealership and visited the following day. The vehicle that I showed interest in was promptly available for my test drive. After discussing that lease possibility, I inquired about another vehicle with upgraded equipment. That vehicle was made available for my inspection and lease terms were provided. I agreed to those terms, signed a Purchase and Sales Agreement and picked the vehicle up two days later, primed, registered and ready to drive away. Salesperson Keith Reardon could not have been more patient and accommodating. He made the transaction a pleasure, demonstrated all features and set up OnStar and Bluetooth, etc. More

The one knock I have is that the body shop said on a Friday that the vehicle would be ready Monday; it wasn't ready until Tuesday. Since we were driving down from Boston, that disrupted a schedule that was already being disrupted by having to buy a car in the first place. That was on the body shop, though, not on any of the staff with whom we dealt directly. More

On my second visit Steve was still occupied with another customer so I worked with David Ferrera who, despite his busy schedule, also spent the time with me and shared the information that I needed to make my decision. When the car was ready for delivery I worked with Nancy Smith who made the whole financing/paperwork process clear, painless and actually pleasant - even encouraging me to ask questions. Steve has followed up several times since making sure there were no problems. Having dealt with two other dealerships in the past year, my experience here was clearly heads above the others. More

She was rude, not accommodating, and in no way respectful of our time and purchase! After we left the dealership with an appointment convenient for her and not us, called Mr Vesty and he arranged a more satisfactory time. More
