David Easa gets things done! I went in on a Saturday morning to look at the new Silverado. I thought driving a brand new truck wouldn't be an option for me. I had a monthly paymen I went in on a Saturday morning to look at the new Silverado. I thought driving a brand new truck wouldn't be an option for me. I had a monthly payment in mind and assumed a new truck would cost much more then that each month. David was very knowledgeable about the lease option and thought he could put a deal together that would fit my budget and did! He then took the time to show me everything. We compared different models and features, arriving at a LT Z71 Double Cab with the All Star package that really will suit my lifestyle. I love the truck! What came next was challenging. David went out of his way to have the truck ready for pick up at 4:30 the following Monday. However, the service department dropped the ball. I arrived at 4:30 as planned to be told there was a delay. Apparently there was a misunderstanding and the guys out back didn't even touch my truck for the inspection sticker and detail until 3:30. At 4:30 David was taking it over to the detail bay. I was made to wait over an hour for this to be finished. During this wait David saved me a trip to the RMV by canceling the plates on my old truck. A small inconvenience, but it got worse. When I finally went to leave the truck was supposed to be full of gas but only had 1/4 tank. Another service department fail. David dropped what he was doing and rode to the gas station with me, he even pumped the gas. This truck was a dealer loaner, so the trailer hitch had a locking hitch pin on it. This is so anyone driving the truck as a loaner could not tow a trailer. Very logical. However, the one guy in the service department that knew where the keys were was on vacation. David ran around and made phone calls trying to locate the keys. 5:00 quickly came and went and David was unable to locate them. We arranged for me to bring the truck back the following day. David called the next day to tell me he found the keys and I could come by anytime until 7:00. I arrived about 5:30 to learn this locking pin had a piece of an old key stuck in the lock. The pin would need to be cut off. Being after 5:00, all the mechanics were gone for the day. Another salesman asked me to come back the NEXT DAY and offered to fill my gas tank. A bit of an insult considering how fantastic the fuel mileage is. At this point I had only burnt about $5 in gas. An hour of my time is worth more than $5. At this point the service department wasted two hours of my time. I simply returned to my shop and cut the pin out myself. After all, I had plans with my boat! Overall, the sales process was enjoyable. The service department on the other hand was less than satisfactory. Hopefully the service is better when I return for the included oil changes. More

I was a little nervous going there by myself not knowing what to expect but I was greeted by a salesman with a smile from ear to ear and all that anxiety I initially had all went away, his name was Frank. He was very easy going, wasn't pushy, and answered all my questions. With my growing family I wanted to upgrade my compact SUV to a more family friendly vehicle so I decided on the Chevy traverse. Standing next to it, I questioned whether it was too big for me. Frank told me to take it for a test drive, noting that if I bought something smaller I'd want to trade it in in two years for something larger. I'm so glad I did. I love my new Traverse. I knew what I was looking for and was immediately greeted by Steve and several other sales people. They were not deterred by my rambunctious boys and Steve and I got to talking about what I needed. I had done my research online and knew of a vehicle I really wanted. We owned our 2014 Chevy Cruze, Steve was able to procure a wonderful offer as a trade in and in under an hour, we put a deposit on the Suburban. My husband and I returned the next day, finalized the paperwork, took the Suburban for a final test drive and within an hour, I was happily driving away in my gorgeous new vehicle. We are so happy with our purchase, our sales man, Steve, and the rest of the team at Beard. Wonderful to keep our business local! Thanks for an awesome experience, we will see you next oil change!
