I have been to Copeland Hyannis twice this month with 2 different cars and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Making the appointments on line was very easy. Once you arrive ,they take over. different cars and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Making the appointments on line was very easy. Once you arrive ,they take over. The feeling is like a family situation....they listen, explain clearly what they are going to do based on your request, and provide a welcome area as you wait. One of the cars needed to be there overnight because of a part. No problem...Tom the Service Manager got me a ride home and when it was ready, Tom called to let me know and checked if I needed a ride back which he arranged for . The courtesy they show you as a customer makes me feel that they are there for you always. I bought car from them a couple of years ago and when I'm ready there is no doubt I'll return there for it.
