I had agreed to one of the representatives that were taken care of. My Corvette stated that he was going to charge me $200 to put a TPM sensor in my tire. They ended up calling me saying that I owed $48 taken care of. My Corvette stated that he was going to charge me $200 to put a TPM sensor in my tire. They ended up calling me saying that I owed $480 so I truly feel as I’ve gotten ripped off as it was not explained to me that they were going to charge me $480 which I would’ve went somewhere else. I have not gotten a call back from the fellow that agreed on charging me $200, I will never take my vehicle to them ever again complete rip off please people keep your eye open More

Had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2017 Nissan Leaf through Nick Grille. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from an actual dealership and all of my preconceived notions about car dealers being through Nick Grille. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from an actual dealership and all of my preconceived notions about car dealers being seedy and manipulative were totally disproven. Nick was incredibly personable and friendly, and never once throughout the purchasing experience, did I feel like he was hiding anything or leaving out any pertinent information about the car. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Additionally, my experience with William in financing was also far more pleasant than anticipated. I’m not particularly savvy when it comes to understanding financial terms, and the terms and conditions associated with financing a car. William was incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. He answered all of my questions in a way that made perfect sense to me. He didn’t push any additional coverage/protection in a way that would have made me feel uncomfortable if I declined. All in all this was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went from test drive to driving it home off the lot in a matter of hours. 10/10! More
