We visited this dealer to purchase a used vehicle. After a test drive we sat with our salesman to try to come to a deal. Our first offer at a deal was in writing and above our budget so we told Ben After a test drive we sat with our salesman to try to come to a deal. Our first offer at a deal was in writing and above our budget so we told Ben we had to go home and think about it. Moments later as we were walking out the door he made a 2nd verbal offer that was more than 2000 dollars less. Still above our desired limit but closer we left to think it over. When I went back to purchase the truck the dealership would not honor the verbally agreed amount. Ben did not remember the offer and told me "that is not the way they do it". I did not think they would low ball us but my wife and I can honestly say they do "do it" that way More
