When purchasing my Toyota Tundra through Copeland I was sold on adding a remote starter and I was promised a free oil change. When I came to pick up my truck, the remote starter was not installed. They tol sold on adding a remote starter and I was promised a free oil change. When I came to pick up my truck, the remote starter was not installed. They told me “oops” and that I could call and schedule my own installation of the remote starter with the outside vendor. On top of that, when I arrived for said free oil change, I was told they had no record of the said oil change. To make things worse, not only did they have not have record of the free oil change, they charged me double what I could have been charged at our local jiffy lube. $200+ And just under 2 hours of my time for what should have been a free an oil change is unacceptable. Not only was I overcharged for this service that I was promised for free, upon arrival I was questioned as to why I was servicing my Toyota at a Chevy dealership.I would NOT and CAN NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. More

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to this time. I bought a used corvette in December from Tracy Chevy in Plymouth. While the sales people tried there best the service was terrible. The car was tied I bought a used corvette in December from Tracy Chevy in Plymouth. While the sales people tried there best the service was terrible. The car was tied up for months with simple problems. Such as no interior lights, seat adjustments on passenger side not there at all, tire pressure wouldn’t reset. I finally got the car back but wasn’t comfortable things were right. So I stopped buy Copland and met a person in service who was very nice and she set me up with a service person who introduced me to the corvette guy. Who was a big help and understood what was going on. All during my time there the personnel couldn’t be kinder. Sarah was my main contact and she listened to my worries and concerns and took it to heart. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. I feel like this dealership gets it.
