I live in Ct. and had a problem with my a/c in my Silverado . The Ct dealer Couldn’t give me a quick appointment as we were preparing to leave for the Cape. I cal and had a problem with my a/c in my Silverado . The Ct dealer Couldn’t give me a quick appointment as we were preparing to leave for the Cape. I called Copeland and spoke with Hephzibah and she made the appointment for me. She was my Service adviser. I had an extended warranty and she was nice enough to explain to me that Allied may not cover the repairs for this dealership but she said she would try. She was able to get the repairs covered after a lengthy phone call. This saved me over $800.00. The repairs were completed and when she brought the truck around for me she was laughing saying it’s really cold in here😃. She is in the right job and a real asset to the dealership. Normally when I need to take a vehicular into a dealership it’s not a pleasant experience. Hephzibah made this service call a real nice experience for me and she was very nice to deal with. More
