Poor service advice. Was told I needed 3 special parts to repair my car. 1 was supposedly on back order. Took car to a different Chevrolet dealership. They got the needed Was told I needed 3 special parts to repair my car. 1 was supposedly on back order. Took car to a different Chevrolet dealership. They got the needed part in 2 days. Repaired the car with just that part. Took the unneeded 2 parts back to Copeland and was told no refund. Not a great experience to say the least. More
