Wouldn’t do state inspection unless I bought tires same day. When tires still had plenty of depth on them. Went next door to competitor with no problem getting inspected. Felt like bait and switch move on More

Hi Timothy. Thank you for the feedback. The State now has a camera in the inspection bay that watches (and records) inspectors performing MA State Inspections. As a result, they will hand out fines and possibly pull inspection licenses when they feel a rule was broken. To that end, we have too many clients relying heavily on being able to get a state inspection from us to be able to overlook anything that we feel is not in accordance with their requirements. I am happy that another station was able to pass your tires and would love the opportunity to look at them myself and measure them with you. I can assure you that no one is getting rich making a slim margin on tires. Our biggest concern on any given day is how to get all the work done that we have, so please don't think that we have any interest in overselling tires to you. Uh… yeah sure! As stated you lost a customer for life. This time and age 1 loss customer is 1 too many. Definitely a bait and switch as I was told to purchase and wait on the tires day of service or wait 3 weeks for an appointment which will put me over inspection. I even offered to purchase the over priced tires. But hey… I saved $200 buy buying the tires at your competitor. Got my inspection and down the road I went. Other review services will be notified with my poor experience at your dealership. Your loss of my friends and family of future services and vehicle purchases.
