I felt ripped off. I knew what the problem was that needed to be fixed when I drove in. An anti-freeze coolant hose connector and reservoir was replaced, and at $327.00 I knew what the problem was that needed to be fixed when I drove in. An anti-freeze coolant hose connector and reservoir was replaced, and at $327.00 approximately and that was with a percentage off due to it had been replaced 2-3 years ago at that same location! A hood piece was ordered, not in yet and part of the vehicle repairs bills/work, and parts department wanted to charge me additional for the part. I keep feeling my bill should have been in the $200s, not $300's to begin with! More

They came through for me when the car I bought ended up having issues with draining. Unfortunately the car still smells musty and I’m waiting for a loaner so I can leave my car overnight.
