Regarding purchase of a 2018 used Jeep. When we agreed to purchase we specifically requested, and he agreed to provide, a paper manual. He failed to deliver on his promise to get one and told us to use the online version instead. I doubt he even attempted to locate one. We Paid an extra $600 for undercoating as there was some rust. When we went to accept the vehicle upon inspection we found a rusted section was not treated. The salesperson Indicated it would now take another 10-14 days to get the job finished and suggested we take the vehicle in the meantime. I said I would only accept it when the undercoating was complete and miraculously it was done within 48 hours. The finance manager was professional and competent. The salesperson was uninformed and did not deliver on his promise. Despite my husband previously purchasing 4 vehicles from this dealer and I purchasing one from Copeland Subaru, I personally would hesitate to buy from them again. More
