Although the crediting of the diagnostic time spent being applied towards the repair, is to be used while the vehicle is still in the shop being worked on, I see that we don't have much history with servicing this vehicle and I'm happy to make an exception for you as a new customer. Hephzibah reiterated to me her offer that you're welcome to come by anytime and we would be happy to have the technician take a ride with you and put the truck up in the air and show you around it should that help give you greater piece of mind.
