Although the crediting of the diagnostic time spent being applied towards the repair, is to be used while the vehicle is still in the shop being worked on, I see that we don't have much history with servicing this vehicle and I'm happy to make an exception for you as a new customer. That said, I believe you have an upcoming appointment on 5/13. I will ask Hepzibah to reach out to you and verify what we will be looking at on your upcoming appointment and to apply a credit of the diagnostic towards that visit.
