Had my truck towed to them last week. It would not start, battery tested good!. I was getting ready for a big repair bill. They said it was a disconnected wire. Copeland checked it out the next morning and called for me to pick it up. They also checked the truck overall and said the bill was $49. I almost fell over. Never had a garage bill so low. The bottom line is I will go out of my way to return to Copeland, why ? Because they are truthful and honest. They could have bill me hundreds of dollars, how would I know. Copeland has proven to me that they have these qualities that unfortunately are rarely found in businesses today. Highly recommended. More

Copeland Chevrolet turned a horrible situation in to a workable situation. My car broke down and I was able to get into the service department. Gina (Regina I believe) was extremely helpful! I chose to wait with my 2 year old, and it took 2 hours for an oil change. A little disappointed. I was told that someone had called out, but a heads up would have been appreciated.
