They failed to contact me that the transaction could be completed, and it was only when I went there that I found the deal could be completed. Keith was very helpful, as was David. And Bill Sullivan made the paperwork very easy. So it was a mixed experience. Still, the car itself is really nice. Now I'm trying to get the charger installation website to take my photos as requested. Hope this goes smoother. More

This is my third truck I have bought with David Easa. I have found him to be a professional and low pressure salesman. Most people do not want to be "sold". They want help with the buying process. Also I have found him to be a professional and low pressure salesman. Most people do not want to be "sold". They want help with the buying process. Also, all the other sales staff seemed to be polite and willing to help. The service department has always been very good too. I would recommend this dealership. As a side note, The picture is me with my old truck (2020) that I traded in for my new truck (2024). More

I dropped off a new car, that left the lot with a side sensor warning, on Thursday and was told at the end of the day it was not fixed and no loaner car was available. I left the car at the dealership and heard nothing on Friday. Saturday I called and someone took a message and said someone would call me back. No one did. On Monday at 4:00 PM I was informed that the car was not fixed. On Tuesday I went to the dealership around 4:00 PM not knowing if the car was fixed and was informed that they were just finishing the repair. In summary, a new car left the lot with a defect and it took four working days to get fixed and the communication about the status of the vehicle was horrible. I felt this vehicle had no priority in your organization and was a secondary consideration for a repair. Needless to say I was quite disappointed and I question my ongoing usage of your repair services. I wrote a similar note to another survey for the dealership and wondered if I would ever hear from someone about my comments. Same is true with this survey and if I will ever hear from someone on a follow-up, at least to acknowledge that you have seen my comments. More
