Would you please check your records on the billing. My credit card statement shows billing on $243.30 on April 8 and $299.92 on April 10. The first charge was supposed to be for the screwed up oil change and inspection sticker only. The 2nd charge was supposed to be for the brake work, less the discount. Good afternoon. Accessing your records, I see invoice #18960 for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and fixing the wheel stud which came to $243.30 after discounting the materials to do the wheel stud. Then, the 2nd invoice #18979 was for the rear brake job with the $75.00 credit applied. I'll be happy to have Tristian scan and email you copies of both invoices if this would be beneficial. Although quality automotive repair is at times expensive, we do price shop not only other dealers but also independents and have not found our pricing to be out of line, despite higher skilled and trained technicians and the use of higher quality, factory parts. That said, I'd love the opportunity to validate your visit and review the scope of work performed so that we can see if there is anything that needs to be looked at more closely. I see looking thru the notes in our CRM that our emails back to you were getting blocked however I'm surprised that you were not receiving the voicemails that were to be left for you. I will be meeting with my BDC Manager Monday to review phone records of outbound calls as well so that I can have a greater understanding of why you were not receiving either calls or emails sent.
