This was the first time I had been to Copland Subaru since I moved to the area. I had issues with my brakes. They were able to get me in quickly. Once there they diagnosed that both front and back brak since I moved to the area. I had issues with my brakes. They were able to get me in quickly. Once there they diagnosed that both front and back brakes needed to be replaced. In the process of the replacement they found out that there was an extended warranty on the front brakes. So their repair was covered under warranty. Saving me a $1000.00. Also, a slow leak in my front left tire was on a bad valve stem. So instead of having to replace the hole tire it was only a $40.00 repair. I am very pleased with the results and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership for taking care of your Subaru’s needs! More

I had my car serviced and all went well. The technician said everything looked great and advised I get new wipers and a tire rotation which was free of charge per my plan. I never would have asked for that so I was thankful it was brought to my attention. The service waiting area was clean with delicious coffee and snacks available. We had a pleasant conversation with another customer who has been a lifelong Subaru client. During my service, I took the time to speak with a Subaru representative about the options for a new vehicle once my lease is done. He was gracious and accommodating in the short amount of time I had to speak with him. I’ll be back. 😊 More
