30,000 Maintenance service on my vehicle. Waited for vehicle, waiting area pleasant; my choice to wait, I was offered a loaner. Very good experience. I was moving to MA from the UK and timing was critical. Max worked to make sure I got the car with the options I wanted. And the car arrived within 2 days of when it was promised (th timing was critical. Max worked to make sure I got the car with the options I wanted. And the car arrived within 2 days of when it was promised (the massive snowstorm that caused the delay was beyond the dealer's control). I would definitely use Copeland again if I am buying another Subaru. More
