We had the best experience at Copeland Subaru, they go out of their way to treat you like family and keep you satisfied and a returning customer. Our salesperson Patrick Fortin was the best! He even delivered our vehicle. The sales manager and financial advisor were both awesome and explained everything! This rating is for this particular visit. Back in October, a service agent was supposed to order a new Fob for my vehicle (under warranty). After a month, and no update on the part (I understand the October, a service agent was supposed to order a new Fob for my vehicle (under warranty). After a month, and no update on the part (I understand the current supply chain delays), I called. Talked to another service guy who checked with parts (not in) and then said he'd give the original agent a message. Waited a few days, no response. Called several more times and left voicemail, but still not response. Since it was now the holidays, I waited a couple of weeks to try again. I called again this week and spoke with Tom McCarthy and explained the situation. Tom took the time to listen to my issue and checked with parts. There was a part in stock that I could have and in less than 24 hours the problem was solved. Thank you Tom! More
Service manager helped me determine just what service was required for the used car we had purchased 6 months before. An email I received stated that if the car was purchased from Copeland the first service required for the used car we had purchased 6 months before. An email I received stated that if the car was purchased from Copeland the first service was complementary. Apparently this only applied to new cars purchased. Service (oil change and tire rotation) was preformed very expeditiously AND I WAS NOT CHARGED. Great customer service! More
My car had to be jumped when the service was over, it wouldn’t start. Not a very good feeling. Also my check engine light is now on, it wasn’t before I brought it in.
