I had a great experience with this dealership! Small dealership, although they'll be moving soon and expanding. I chose a 2021 WRX, hadn't even been shipped to them yet. I worked with Robert and Chris dealership, although they'll be moving soon and expanding. I chose a 2021 WRX, hadn't even been shipped to them yet. I worked with Robert and Chris and they were awesome at keeping in touch, always answered my questions right away, worked hard to get me a great deal, and were super pleasant all around. Those guys worked hard to get me what I'd been dreaming of for years. I was coming from the Vineyard and they picked us up at the boat, drove us to have lunch. Didn't take long at all once at the dealership. I highly recommend these guys. More

My first trip since Copeland took over. Everything went smoothly, except for failing to check my tire pressure. One tire 5 lbs. low was rotated from driver front to passenger rear. First visit to service department since it became Copeland. Service intake was prompt and courteous. Oil, filter and tire rotation completed in good time. A/C analysis took longer but still prompt. Brought my 2011 Subaru Outback in for brake service (pads, rotors on front). Sign-in process was quick and very courteous. Waiting area was clean and very well laid out. The technician performed a quick check and we wound up replacing a couple of marker light bulbs and rear wiper blade. The time from check-in to drive off was less than 90 minutes - very quick. Cost was extremely good!! More
