Buying a new Subaru Forester We had it in mind to get a Subaru Forester when it was time to replace my 2006 Honda CRV. We had hoped it would be a few years down the road, but my car was totaled and I was forced to buy before I was ready. Our first stop was Beard Subaru. Right away the salesman, Robert Wayburn was knowledgable, friendly without being pushy, and just an all around nice guy. We usually shop around and try to get the price reduced, but the prices were already fair and lower than what we had seen online at other dealers. The financing went smooth and Chris DaCosta was informative (and again not pushy) when explaining the different extra warranty packages. A very hurried and stressful day securing a new car was made easier with the whole Subaru team. More
Oil Service experience I needed an oil service for my Subaru and decided to try Beard Subaru. I arrived with no appointment on Friday June 9, 2017 . I was greeted with a sm I needed an oil service for my Subaru and decided to try Beard Subaru. I arrived with no appointment on Friday June 9, 2017 . I was greeted with a smile and welcome from Jim Welch. He was very helpful explaining the service and indicated that the service would be complete within one hour. I was directed to the customer waiting area. The customer waiting area was very comfortable with coffee, snacks, cold drinks, T.V. and two computer terminals. In less than an hour Jim came into the service area and told me the work was complete. Jim then explained what was done in the service and asked if I had any questions. I will use Dick Beard for all my Subaru servicing. The Subaru employees were very professional and helpful. I really did not expect that the no appointment oil service would be a no hassle and pleasant experience .. More

We wanted the car registered in Florida, with Florida Vetrans Plate...no problem. While signing the papers my husband noticed a chunk of rubber missing from one of the tires......Again no problem....manager will order new tire.
